Our destiny is to publish what publishers do not want to publish and – fundamental conjunction – not to publish what is accepted by others. We have an expanded vision of the concept, so “others” are not only publishers and publishing houses, but every possible platform (or form) in which something can be made public. What is unacceptable becomes as interesting as what is off-stage and far from the spotlight, outside the patterns, outside the screens and outside the printed pages.
The first steps of our editorial exploration go first of all towards poetic contexts, photographic expressions and artistic manifestations. We do not want to venture into the salons of long narratives, we feel uncomfortable with so many words. And we cannot linger on the reflections of essays, we lack the academic competence to penetrate a world so complex and intricate, exclusive and excluding.
We are interested in the shadow more than the light, because we already have enough light and it is artificial and functional. We decline the edifying and we decline pedagogy, because the world is full of people who want to teach us how to live or do things. Just like the idiosyncrasy for those who want to save it, the world. We are not interested in saving ourselves but in living in the fullness of experiences. We are interested in the uncanny of depths and complex existential experiences. The ego without fantasy, aimed at control and manipulation, we leave to those who answer to the name of Narcissus. The only ego we love is the sick one of those who fear to expose themselves, of those who are introverted, of those who are lost.
